Fixed-price chauffeur transfers for the Pan Pacific — Devonshire Square collected, both City airports covered, tolls inside the fare.

On the day
The hotel entrance faces the pedestrianised calm of Devonshire Square; cars stage on Houndsditch and the team walks you the thirty sheltered yards.

Landing into London? We meet you in arrivals with a board and bring you to Pan Pacific on the real arrival time, an hour of waiting built in.
Our chauffeurs know Bishopsgate — which entrance takes a car, which street is one-way, and how to reach London City without the scenic detour.
Hold the chauffeur by the hour for meetings, the shops or a long evening — quoted up front, the car waiting between stops.

Worth knowing
Liverpool Street station is three minutes away for the Stansted Express — but with more than hand luggage, the fixed car fare door-to-terminal usually costs little more than two Express tickets.
Liverpool Street, Spitalfields Market, The Gherkin, Brick Lane are all close by — several walkable, the rest a short run with the car held between stops.
For weddings, board dinners and delegations we run coordinated multi-car pickups from the door — one booking, one invoice, every guest accounted for.
The hotel is inside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones, so both are already in your fixed price — which is not the case with every quote you’ll be given.
Happy to work directly with the Pan Pacific concierge — standing arrangements, account billing and repeat bookings for regular guests are all straightforward.
Flying in, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight, and delivers you to Pan Pacific rested — 60 minutes of airport waiting always included.
Pan Pacific London has anchored Bishopsgate since 2021, known above all for its wellbeing floor and Singaporean service culture. A hotel held to that standard deserves a journey that matches it — which is exactly what a car booked ahead provides: a named driver, a price fixed before you travel, and none of the kerbside app roulette that can undo an otherwise faultless stay.
The hotel entrance faces the pedestrianised calm of Devonshire Square; cars stage on Houndsditch and the team walks you the thirty sheltered yards. Allow roughly 50 min–1h 10 to Heathrow outside the peaks, with fixed fares to Gatwick, City, Luton, Stansted, St Pancras and the cruise ports besides. Coming the other way, we follow the flight from the moment it leaves, meet you in the hall with your name, and keep the meter-free clock stopped for sixty minutes while you clear customs.
Liverpool Street station is three minutes away for the Stansted Express — but with more than hand luggage, the fixed car fare door-to-terminal usually costs little more than two Express tickets. Through all of it the promise holds: the price is set before the wheels turn, tolls and charges sit inside it, and the car is where it should be when you are. Liverpool Street, Spitalfields Market, The Gherkin are all a short run away — one or two worth folding into the journey while the driver waits.

Details
A saloon to Heathrow starts at £65, and that figure is the whole of it: tolls, tracking and an hour's waiting included. Gatwick runs from £75. You see the price before you commit, not after the journey.
The hotel entrance faces the pedestrianised calm of Devonshire Square; cars stage on Houndsditch and the team walks you the thirty sheltered yards.
Bank and Liverpool Street is closest on foot. The tube's fine unladen, but hauling luggage down to a platform, changing once or twice, then queuing for a cab at the far end rarely saves the time it promises — which is the gap the car fills.
We carry them at no charge; just tell us the ages and rough weights. The seats are fitted and checked before pickup, so there's no wrestling with straps at the Bishopsgate kerb.
Geographically it's London City, roughly 15–25 min from the door — but since we price every London airport from Pan Pacific, let the flight decide and we'll handle the run.
We're 24/7. For the first departure of the day your chauffeur is outside Pan Pacific before the lobby has properly woken, at the same fixed fare as any other hour.
St Pancras is a fixed £45 from Pan Pacific, luggage carried kerb to concourse — the part the Underground never manages. We aim you at the check-in cut-off, not the departure time.
“Always had great conversations with the drivers during the multiple trips I had with P5. I strongly recommend.”
