Every airport transfer booking with P5 Chauffeurs includes live flight tracking. As soon as you provide your flight number at the time of booking, our system monitors your flight status in real time from departure through to landing at your arrival airport.
If your flight is delayed, your driver's schedule adjusts automatically. If you land early, we do our best to have your driver ready ahead of time. Either way, you will never be waiting for your driver — and you will never be charged extra for a flight delay.

Do I need to tell you if my flight is delayed?
No — our system monitors your flight automatically. If it is delayed, your driver is informed and adjusts accordingly. You do not need to call or message us.
What happens if my flight is significantly delayed or cancelled?
For major delays, our operations team will contact you directly. For cancellations, we will arrange a full refund or a rescheduled booking at no extra charge.
How early does my driver arrive at the airport?
Your driver arrives at the airport based on your actual landing time, not your scheduled time. After landing, we factor in average immigration and baggage collection time — typically 30–45 minutes.
What if I cannot find my flight number?
Your flight number is on your boarding pass, booking confirmation email, or the airline's app. It is typically 2 letters followed by 3–4 numbers, e.g. BA249 or EZY8823.
