Tracking is not readiness
The operator may track a flight, but it cannot infer how long baggage or immigration will take. Contact the team about delays after landing.
A cancelled or replaced flight
Send the new details and ask whether the booking can move. Do not assume the original booking disappears or that cancellation is automatically free.
