A single terminal
Check your airline's check-in and bag-drop deadlines and allow time for security; do not plan from the driving time alone.
Planning your London City pickup
Follow the airport’s Pick-Up signs for the designated collection area. The exact meeting arrangement should be confirmed with your driver; landing time is not the same as being ready outside.
For P5 meet-and-greet bookings, check your confirmation for the meeting point and contact details. Keep your phone available after landing, and contact the team if baggage, immigration or assistance takes longer than expected. Do not move to a different terminal or car park without agreeing it with your driver.
