| How you travel | Time | Cost | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|

Before you travel
Screening-room nights end together — tell us the film’s running time and the car is in the mews at the credits.
Dean Street, Soho Square, Theatreland, Chinatown are all close by — several walkable, the rest a short run with the car held between stops.
Flying in, your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight, and delivers you to The Soho Hotel rested — 60 minutes of airport waiting always included.
For weddings, board dinners and delegations we run coordinated multi-car pickups from the door — one booking, one invoice, every guest accounted for.
The closest station is Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus. Handy for a light, single trip; less so with cases or a tight connection, which is where the door-to-door car earns its keep.
Happy to work directly with the The Soho Hotel concierge — standing arrangements, account billing and repeat bookings for regular guests are all straightforward.
The Soho Hotel opened in 2004 and has spent the years since earning its name for Firmdale’s flagship down a private Soho mews. Guests who choose it tend to mind how the day runs, not only where it ends — and the transfer is where that care is most often lost. A pre-booked car puts it back: one driver, one price, and a plan for the door before anyone reaches the kerb.
Richmond Mews is a private cul-de-sac off Dean Street — your chauffeur drives in and waits at the hotel’s own turning circle, a Soho miracle. From there, Heathrow is usually 45 min–1h away, with Gatwick, the other London airports, the mainline termini and the south-coast cruise ports all quoted before you ride. Fly in and the pattern reverses — a name board in arrivals (at the airport, never the lobby), the flight tracked, and an hour of waiting built in so a slow carousel stays the driver's problem, not yours.
Screening-room nights end together — tell us the film’s running time and the car is in the mews at the credits. Through all of it the promise holds: the price is set before the wheels turn, tolls and charges sit inside it, and the car is where it should be when you are. Dean Street, Soho Square, Theatreland are all a short run away — one or two worth folding into the journey while the driver waits.

The essentials
From £66 for a saloon to Heathrow, agreed in full before you book. Gatwick is from £47; every other airport, station and cruise port is quoted the same open way — no meter, nothing added at the kerb.
Richmond Mews is a private cul-de-sac off Dean Street — your chauffeur drives in and waits at the hotel’s own turning circle, a Soho miracle.
Two cases to a saloon is the rule of thumb, doubling for estates and far more for the larger cars. The only mistake is under-booking the vehicle — tell us the real load and nothing rides on a lap.
Either works. Concierge teams book us daily; equally you can book online or on 020 8742 2888 and tell the desk a P5 car is expected — the doormen take it from there.
St Pancras is a fixed £47 from The Soho Hotel, luggage carried kerb to concourse — the part the Underground never manages. We aim you at the check-in cut-off, not the departure time.
Multiple pickups and stops are no trouble. Guests often gather a group across Soho or run an errand en route to the airport — arrange it ahead and it's simply part of the one fixed fare.
Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus is closest on foot. The tube's fine unladen, but hauling luggage down to a platform, changing once or twice, then queuing for a cab at the far end rarely saves the time it promises — which is the gap the car fills.
“Always had great conversations with the drivers during the multiple trips I had with P5. I strongly recommend.”
