ExCeL London sits far enough east that on a major show day, the DLR and Elizabeth line into Custom House and ExCeL station are packed shoulder to shoulder with exhibition traffic, and the walk from the station to the right entrance of a building that stretches nearly 400 metres can eat ten minutes you didn't budget for. Olympia has the opposite problem — a compact site in Kensington where the surrounding streets clog fast and legal drop-off points fill up early on show mornings.
