Inside or outside
Meeting a driver inside arrivals and walking directly to a parked car are different arrangements. Follow the one confirmed for your booking.
If you cannot find the driver
Check the terminal and passenger name, then call. Avoid moving to another terminal or car park without agreeing it.
Official airport guidance
Heathrow’s passenger collection and meeting-point pages explain airport facilities. Your operator still needs to confirm the precise arrangement for your journey.
