Passenger collection is available in the Short Stay car parks. North and South are separate terminals: give the terminal shown for your flight when arranging collection.
For P5 meet-and-greet bookings, check your confirmation for the meeting point and contact details. Keep your phone available after landing, and contact the team if baggage, immigration or assistance takes longer than expected. Do not move to a different terminal or car park without agreeing it with your driver.

Rush hour, nights (10pm–6am) and bank holidays cost more; the return leg is 5% off when booked together — your quote shows the exact price before you book.
