What is included

Give us the flight number and local arrival date. We track the flight and adjust the collection time for an ordinary arrival delay without a delay surcharge. Airport pickups include 60 minutes after actual landing; other pickups include 15 minutes from the booked time. Contact us if baggage, immigration or assistance delays you. Any extra waiting rate is explained and agreed before it applies.

In plain terms

• Airport arrivals: the clock starts at actual landing, not the scheduled time, and 60 minutes are included.
• Home, hotel, office or station pickups: 15 minutes from the booked time are included.

If you are going to be late

Call 020 8742 2888 as soon as you know and tell us how long. Waiting beyond what is included is explained and agreed with you before it applies. A no-show means we could not reach you after the included wait and reasonable attempts to contact you, so a quick call matters. See cancellations for what a no-show can cost.
