Which car will arrive, and can I choose the exact model?

You book a vehicle class (Saloon, Estate, Executive, MPV, Van or Executive Van) and we send a car of that class, with the passenger and luggage space you booked. The pictures on the fleet page are illustrative and the car that arrives may be a different make of the same class.

If the exact car matters

A particular model, colour, fuel type or piece of equipment is not guaranteed by the class alone. Ask before you book, and get the answer in writing. This matters most if you need an electric-only vehicle: see electric and hybrid enquiries.
