Can I travel with a pet or an assistance dog?

We can accommodate assistance dogs. Tell us when you book so we can assign the right vehicle and driver, and so the space you need is ready.

Other animals

Other pets can travel only in a secure carrier, and only when the arrangement has been agreed with us in advance. Please do not turn up with a pet and expect a seat for it. Contact us before booking and tell us the animal, its size and the carrier. We will confirm whether it suits your journey and vehicle, and you should only rely on the booking once that is confirmed in writing. A pet that is loose in the cabin cannot travel.
