What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — you are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the fixed fare. A no-show, or a cancellation within 2 hours of pickup, is charged in full. Flight delays are the exception: if your tracked flight is delayed or cancelled we adjust your pickup time or rebook at no extra charge, and it is not treated as a cancellation.
