What is included in my fixed price, and what can change it?
Per vehicle, not per person
A fare is for the vehicle and the journey. Adding passengers does not raise it, provided everyone and their luggage fit the class you chose. Each class has its own passenger and luggage limits, shown on the fleet page, and its own fare.
Built into the quote
- Fixed from the moment you book: not changed later for traffic, a flight delay or the weather.
- Worked out on the real road distance and time for your vehicle.
- Tolls, ULEZ and the Congestion Charge, where they apply to your route.
- For airport transfers, the airport fee, parking and meeting you inside the terminal.
- Waiting caused by a late flight, with no delay surcharge.
What can move the price
- The vehicle class.
- Weekday rush hours (7–10am and 4–7pm), nights (10pm–6am) and bank holidays, all shown in your quote before you pay.
- Changing the addresses, date, time or vehicle after booking, which we reprice and agree with you first.
- Extras such as child seats, shown in the quote.
