What if my flight number is missing or not recognised?

Use the flight that arrives at your collection airport

For a connecting journey, give the final arriving flight rather than the first departure. Check the airline confirmation for the flight number, arrival date and airport. Include the terminal if known.

If your itinerary shows more than one airline code for the same flight, share the details from the confirmation with the team. Do not guess a different flight to make the form accept it.

Ask us to check before travel

Contact P5 with the flight details and your booking reference if already booked. Tell us if the flight has changed, been diverted or been cancelled. A replacement flight may arrive at a different time, terminal or airport.

Keep the pickup plan consistent

Check the updated confirmation and meeting instructions after an amendment. Tracking a flight does not communicate every change to your destination or passenger group, so send those changes separately. Read our flight-delay guide for arrival planning.
