Booking

Should I book a transfer or an hourly chauffeur?

Choose a transfer when

You are going once from one place to another (an airport, a station, a hotel to a meeting). You get a single fixed fare for that route.

Choose an hourly chauffeur when

  • You have several stops in a day.
  • The car and driver need to wait while you attend meetings, viewings or appointments.
  • The plan is likely to change as the day goes on.

With hourly hire you pay for time, with a mileage allowance that you should check when you book (see the hourly chauffeur page). For several appointments, compare the whole hourly booking with a series of separate transfers before choosing. Tell us the itinerary and finish time (see what to include), and check the mileage and waiting limits at the time of booking.
