Airport arrivals: your driver is inside the terminal holding a name board with your name. Stations: your driver waits at the usual spot below. Either way, your booking confirmation names the exact place for your journey, and it comes first if it differs from this page.

Three things that help
- Check the terminal or entrance first. Heathrow has four terminals and Gatwick two. Use your airline's current flight information.
- Stay put and stay reachable. Keep your phone on after landing or arriving. If baggage or immigration is slow, tell us; flight tracking cannot see it.
- Do not move without telling us. If you cannot see your driver, call the number in your confirmation before walking to another exit, terminal or car park.

| London St Pancras International | In front of the International Arrivals sign. Leave the train and follow the signs for arrivals. This is the usual point for Eurostar passengers. | Open |
| London Euston | Lancing Street, opposite the steps in Eversholt Street, by the Royal George pub. With the platforms behind you, turn left as you leave the station and head towards M&S, then take the exit to the Eversholt Street steps. For a step-free route, tell us in advance: the alternative is the Melton Street entrance, by the Ibis hotel (turn right as you leave the platforms). | Open |
| London Paddington | In front of the black taxi rank, at the taxi drop-off point. With the platforms behind you, turn left and follow the signs to the escalators to the taxi drop-off point. Walk past the taxi queue: your driver waits a little further down the road. | Open |
| London Victoria | In the car park above the Gatwick Express platforms (13 and 14), by the black taxi rank. From any platform, go towards platforms 13 and 14 and take the lift or escalators up to the station car park. | Open |
| London Waterloo | By Caffè Nero Express, just ahead of the black taxi rank. With the platforms behind you, follow the signs to Exit 2, by Caffè Nero Express. | Open |
| London Liverpool Street | Outside the Andaz hotel on Liverpool Street. With the platforms behind you, cross the concourse towards Liverpool Street, go up the stairs (McDonald's will be on your left) and down the next set of stairs onto Liverpool Street. Turn left and walk straight on until you reach the Andaz. | Open |
| London Bridge | London Bridge Street, at the Shard pick-up point. With the concourse behind you by WHSmith, go straight ahead onto the pavement, turn left past the black taxi rank across the road and onto London Bridge Street. The pick-up point is on the left. | Open |
| London Charing Cross | The Amba hotel, next to the station on the Strand. Come out of the station onto the Strand and meet your driver at the Amba hotel. | Open |
| London Marylebone | Harewood Avenue, at the side entrance. With the platforms behind you, turn right out of the station and meet your driver at the side entrance on Harewood Avenue. | Open |
| Clapham Junction | One of three entrances: Grant Road, Brighton Yard or Junction Approach. Your driver tells you which one before the journey. Use the entrance named in your message. | Open |

| Nottingham | Queens Road exit, on the opposite side of the road. Once through the ticket barriers, turn left and leave by the Queens Road exit, following the escalators down to street level. Please do not use the Station Street side. | Open |
Station forecourts and pick-up areas change. If an entrance is closed or crowded, your driver will message or call you with the nearest alternative; stay where you are and answer the phone.
