What time should I ask for my airport pickup?

Give us the flight number and the local arrival date. We follow the flight and move the collection to match, so ask for the scheduled arrival and let us handle a delay. Include the terminal if your ticket shows one.

Leaving from a UK airport

Start from the time you must be at the terminal, not the take-off time. Your airline sets when check-in and bag drop close, and that differs between airlines, routes and airports. Take that deadline from your booking or the airline’s site, then add time for the drive and for finding the right terminal and queue.

Allow more for weekday rush hours and for the M25 and other main approaches on a busy day. Our fixed quote already prices the longer rush-hour drive, but it cannot make the road quicker. If you are unsure, ask for an earlier pickup: waiting in departures costs nothing, missing bag drop can.
