What can I expect from my driver?

Every driver works to our written standards. In practice you can expect:

• Business dress, clean and pressed.
• To be greeted by name where your booking gives it.
• An offer of help with luggage, and doors opened where it is safe to do so.
• A vehicle that is clean inside and out, free of odours including smoke and strong air freshener, with the boot clear for your bags.
