How do I arrange a cruise, ferry or Eurostar transfer?

Cruise and ferry ports

Large ports have more than one terminal, and a ship may use a different one on different days. Give us the ship or ferry name, the port, the terminal if you have it, the check-in or embarkation time on your ticket, and the number of passengers and bags. Cruise luggage is often heavy, so count it when choosing a vehicle class. See UK ports and cruise terminals.

Eurostar and other stations

Give the train time and the station. For an arrival, give the train and carriage details if you have them, so we can follow it. See stations we cover.

Travelling beyond the UK

A transfer to a port or the Channel Tunnel terminal is a normal UK journey. If you want the car to cross to Ireland or mainland Europe, that is a special quote agreed in advance: see taking the car abroad.
