Tell the operator about every item travelling with you. “Two bags” is ambiguous when it could mean cabin cases, large suitcases or sports equipment.

Use a clear luggage list
State the number of large cases and cabin bags separately. Add pushchairs, wheelchairs, golf bags, skis or instrument cases with dimensions.
Seats affect storage
A vehicle’s maximum passenger and luggage figures may depend on its layout. Child seats and a fully occupied cabin can reduce practical flexibility.
If the load changes
Contact the team before pickup when extra bags or passengers are added. Do not rely on holding luggage on laps or leaving it unsecured.
