Booking changes

Tell us what has changed

Contact the team with your booking reference, passenger name and journey date. Include the new pickup time, full addresses, flight number, passenger count or luggage details that apply. If your collection is soon, call instead of waiting for an email reply.

A different route, time or vehicle may change the price. Keep the original confirmation until the team confirms the revised arrangements; sending a request does not confirm a change.

For cancellations, read the refund policy and booking terms, then contact the team with the booking reference. Any charge or refund depends on the terms that apply to your booking.

At your collection point

Cannot find your driver?

  1. Check the meeting instructions in your booking confirmation, including the terminal, station exit or pickup address.
  2. Keep your phone available. Check any messages about your collection and look for the agreed name board if meet and greet was arranged.
  3. Call P5 with your booking reference and a clear location, such as the terminal and arrivals exit. Tell us if baggage, immigration or another delay is keeping you inside.

If you need to move to a different exit or terminal, agree the new meeting point with the team first. Waiting allowances and additional charges are set out in your confirmation and the booking terms.

After your journey

Something left in the car?

Send your booking reference, journey date, pickup and drop-off locations, and a description of the item. Include where you were sitting and when you last saw it. For a phone or bag, the colour, make and any distinctive details can help identify it.

The team will need to check with the driver. Finding an item and arranging its return are separate steps; confirm the collection or delivery arrangements with P5 before travelling to collect it.

Feedback and complaints

Tell us what happened

Use the contact form or email admin@p5chauffeurs.co.uk. Give your booking reference, journey date, a description of the problem and the outcome you are asking for. Relevant times, messages or receipts can help the team review the journey.

If the issue is affecting a journey taking place now, call first. For a fare or refund query, include the quoted amount and the charge you are querying, without sending full payment-card details.
