How does live chat work?

Open the chat button at the bottom right of any page, choose what you need help with, and send us a message. We ask for your name, email and phone number so we can look up your booking and get back to you.

Your conversation stays on that browser for 30 days, so you can close the page and come back to see our reply. When a chat has ended you can ask for a copy of the transcript by email. For anything urgent, call 020 8742 2888.
