Yes — the hourly rate includes all standard London charges including the Congestion Charge, ULEZ, and normal on-street parking. Airport or venue parking for extended waits may be quoted separately.
Yes, subject to driver availability. If your driver has no subsequent booking, extensions are charged at the same hourly rate. We recommend adding a buffer hour when you book to be safe.
