Tips 1–4 Before You Travel

1. Book in advance. Same-day transfers are often possible but pre-booking guarantees your vehicle, your price, and your driver. For early morning and peak-time transfers, advance booking is essential.

2. Choose the right vehicle. An Estate gives you more boot space than a Saloon — a significant difference if you have large suitcases. An MPV handles groups and families with ease. Never cram luggage into a vehicle that is not big enough.

3. Provide your flight number. This allows your driver to track the flight in real time. If it is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically — no calls required.

4. Confirm your terminal. Heathrow has five terminals, each with its own drop-off and collection point. Specify your terminal when booking to ensure your driver is positioned correctly.

Tips 5–7 On the Day

5. Save your driver's number. Your booking confirmation includes your driver's mobile number. Save it before you leave home — you will want it if you cannot spot your name board in arrivals.
