Which Terminal Does Your Airline Use?

Terminal assignments do shift, so your boarding pass is always the final word — but as a general guide, South Terminal handles British Airways and a mix of long-haul and short-haul carriers, while North Terminal is the base for easyJet and several others. If you are being collected, always confirm the terminal from the boarding pass rather than memory.

Moving Between the Terminals

The two terminals are linked by a free, automated inter-terminal shuttle that takes around three minutes plus walking time at each end. It runs frequently, but if you land at the wrong terminal for your onward plans, allow ten to fifteen minutes to cross with luggage. For a chauffeur pickup this is rarely an issue, because we collect you at whichever terminal you actually land at.

How Chauffeur Pickup Works at Gatwick

Your P5 chauffeur identifies your terminal from your flight number, so you do not need to relay it. They meet you inside the arrivals hall of that terminal with a name board, help with your luggage, and walk you to the car. As with all our airport work, we track the flight, so a delay simply shifts the pickup and free waiting time is included.

Gatwick to Central London is roughly 60 to 90 minutes by road via the M23 and M25 depending on traffic and your exact destination. A fixed-price transfer means those motorways are our concern, not yours — the quoted price does not move with the traffic.
